As you sit down with a wine educator and journey through the flagship EJ
Carr Late Disgorged series of wines, House of Arras look towards the art
of keeping these wines beyond 13 years in the cellar before release and
discover why Tasmania allows such careful maturation and cellaring.
These wines have been awarded a plethora of wine trophies, listed as the
top sparkling wine in the world, House of Arras winemaking endeavours
have been awarded platinum medals status 5 times at Decanter World Wine Awards.


Discover the secrets of Tasmania’s diverse grape-growing terroirs, varying
climates and fascinating agricultural history. Learn how sheep grazing
farms were transformed into thriving vineyards throughout Tasmania to
create one of the country’s finest wine regions.


This premium masterclass on sparkling wine is accompanied by a glass of your
preferred wine from the tasting, and Tasmanian produce to sample whilst
taking in the views above the vineyard as you ponder the rich history of the
exclusive wines you’ve just sampled.


As a limited add-on experience, participants can also add on to their experience the chance to try further limited museum release wines, including the wine crowned "World's Best Sparkling" by the Decanter Wine Magazine, the 2004 EJ Carr Late Disgorged of which only two bottles exist in the Wine Museum.
