Estate Tour, Tasting & 6-course Discovery Menu

- Location: Margaret River, WA
- Product code : PGSR48
Our Estate Tour, Tasting, and Discovery Menu offers the full Voyager Estate experience, from vine to wine, and garden to table.
Starting with an interactive, behind-the-scenes Estate tour, you’ll see where it all begins (in the vineyard), visit our large underground cellar, and taste wine straight from the barrel in our barrel hall. Plus, you’ll discover a bit about our history along the way.
Once you’ve seen where the wine comes from, it’s time to taste them. You’ll be taken through a guided tasting in our beautiful Cellar Door.
You will then move into our stunning Restaurant for our decadent and interactive Discovery Menu. This is a six-course sensory dining experience that charts the story of our wines from vineyard to glass.
Each of the six dishes in the Wine Discovery Menu represents part of the story of Voyager Estate’s grapes from the vines’ beginnings through to the celebration that comes with enjoying the finished wine. Each dish will be paired to an aged or limited release wine.
Our chefs have taken inspiration from our wines and crafted dishes which complement the wine styles, while showcasing the finest seasonal produce from the Margaret River region.
Please note this tour is not considered suitable for children. Individuals who travel with a wheelchair or experience limited mobility can be accommodated, however please contact us directly so that we can make appropriate arrangements. An alternative experience may be offered in the event of bad weather.
Started the morning with a your of the winery and underground cellar with Shaun, who was a wonderful host. He took us through the vines and patiently explained all about the soil, weather and of course the grapes, and then guided us through tastings. But then we were seated in the dining room and were blown away by the 6 course menu for lunch. Each course was perfectly prepared and considered and some were challenging even for these two die-hard foodies. Absolutely amazing and spectacular. We have been before and can't wait to return again for another special visit. tripadvisor review, February 2017
